Caught up with Miss K today. Man, she is just incredible.Not the best time for her right now but she has style, and flair, and compassion, and wisdom, and vulnerability, and honest, and integrity.
I only hope that when real troubles, or hard times, or tricky stuff come to my life (not the petty one's of my last post) I can be as awesome as Kyles is.

...oh dear, thank you so very much xo i keep telling myself we are never given more than we can handle and everything happens for a reason and all that shit others say....
...all in all I am comforted by knowing that we do the best we can do with what we have and throw the rest up to the universe.
I am blessed to have such wonderful friends, colleagues and family, it will all be ok in the end, just the journey coming up is very difficult for my loved ones.
