The paperwork is in my hot little hand - well it was in my hand yesterday but I was waiting for a care package from mum and dad before it was all announced. So, my birthday is in August but my Pearl-day ... is that April 1 (when the paper got processed), April 8 (when I received it), April 9 (when I opened it) ... or maybe it should be all of them ... do I get presents for each day :-)
So, my care package was a beautiful letter, an incredibly loving and magic card and ... yes a piece of jewellery made by their friend depicting Broome's stairway to the moon (with a Broome pearl for the moon). I have also included in the pile, my official letter :-)

Ok MG, I'm not up with the whole Pearl thing - either I'm very obtuse, or I've missed some important post along the way when I was AWOL ? Can you tell me more ?? I'm very intrigued.

Yes Missus, I have just legally changed all three of my names (still hung onto Mountaingirl though). From this day forth I shall be known as Pearl Grace Maya (pronounced Myer as in Maya Angelou, or the Maya people) :-)
I have left Raelene to stay in Western Australia (metaphorically at least). I am not the same person that left that state!
And WW, the only swine that shall be casting about shall be heading to my mouth in the form of bacon ha ha ha!
Large and expensive presents can now be piled upon me - I think I shall register my Pearl-Day list with ... say Tiffany's or the MOMA lol. Okay, no-one is buying into that but a girl can try lol.
AND THAT IS A JOKE NOT A HINT FOR PRESENTS - I SHALL BE MORTIFIED IF SOMEONE ACTUALLY TURNS UP WITH SOMETHING!
