Okay I have done a little research and it appears the unwanted popups are most likely caused by the use of widgets. I only use two so I have deleted the most recent (bye bye My Linky) so for those devoted people who have stuck by me during this pain-in-the-butt time, could you let me know if you are still getting popups.I have two more steps to take if they are still happening.

Anony fly over my way and tell me if I still have them...Its incredibly hard to fix when MG,Miss K and I cant actually see them...tis like flying blind...
hold on Goddess, Miss K doesnt use Linky... I still think its the blogged directory...I havent seemed to had pop ups for while now

i think it was that blogged thingy...mine seems fine now too!
Well, no porno ones today. Although I did have one small one that said "advertisement", but then it was just a blank box that popped up.
As for Abbey's, I got a "dumb test" that popped up, I've gotten it quite a few times in the past.

No Popups this time (blocked) tho they were shown as blocked this morning ( about 4-30 ) so not able to say what the popup was. Think you have it beaten (for the moment at least)
Sigh I wish it were true Robert - you see Miss K doesn't use Mr Linky and she has been having the same problem. Although it is a bit obvious that I removed him and all is better (for now). Sigh ... will keep an eye on it all...
Hi MG - not certain now but think that I was still showing blocked popups on your page AFTER you dropped Mr Linky - tho I was going thru unrelated probs with mine at the time.
