I initially thought it might have been a form of mistletoe but just dearched a couple of databases and it doesn't appear so.

Looking for other options ... I need a databse like my bird database (the one on the computer, not the service anony provides lol)

Okay it is Madeira Vine (Anredera cordifolia) - nominated as Noxious W4g. Okay so I don't have to report it but it "must not be sold, propagated or knowingly distributed". And I have a backyard full - with lots of lovely flowers coming on. Sigh ... Nice while it lsted - I will ring the estate agent tomorrow :-)

Oh and I have another big patch growing around the old tree stump - I did check it out this morning - it's not far off flowering so I might forget about the phone call ... for now at least :-)
