Okay, so its a crap photo but you get the general idea. We had the most magnificent full moon last night. Driving into town it was bigger and had an orange hue but this is the moon from the lookout.It was big and bright and the moonbeams just danced over a very calm ocean. A lovely spot to sit for 30 minutes before I started work :-)
Admittedly there was a red signal light just next to me but my goal for the next month is to learn to take moon photos :-)

Will you stop slinking about in the dark taking photos!...tis not safe out there.... :)
Oh but I was at the lookout and there was a good stream of people through - many taking photos of the moon. And I locked the doors of the car :-)
Mmm you'll be on the news next and how are you going to explain that to the blogging world...hold on I feel a post coming on...laugh
I thought it was a lovely shot. I've never been able to take good moon-photos... unless it's a picture of someone mooning me. ;)
Wonderful! Can't wait to see them but this one IS good ... I have been away on holidays and finding it impossible to catch up on everyone's posts ...
