I ended up as keeper of the family Lego collection (oh the joy, oh the honor) but it was one of the many things I just couldn't bring with me when I moved east. So it now has a second (or is that third or fourth) life with the delightful Cassie and Jackie ... yes the 'sacrifice' they went through to give it all a new home :-)
I've sucked 50 years of Lego up the vaccum cleaner I think...I was a Mechanno girl growing up...
i was a meccano girl too, actually more a tonka truck girl, but my boys have inherited my brothers lego bucket and added to it, we should drag it out again one day soon... x
What's with meccano and how old are you women? When I was a kid, no one played with Meccano, it was so daggy! (Okay I am older and more informed now so don't condemn my childish ignornace, but really, *no one* had meccano!)
