Very interesting. So much packaged food! And I couldn't help noticing that the bigger families ate more fruits, veggies and whole grains AND managed to spend far less.

I've been meaning to calculate how much we spend growing most of our food (but not all) from the garden... I would guess we eat more like an Egyptian...
