flogged em all when I ran away at 14...anyhoooo thats another post..

This inward happiness is getting me of late MG...I've been researching depression and therapy dogs (yes for chelseas blog & her trainer talked of it)...

all these quotes & positive affirmations (that I know you and I love)...are salt to the wound of someone with chronic depression...

See I'm having trouble believing that anymore...that happiness is from within...that 'things' cant make you happy...my things do!...I walk in my home after a rough day at the office..and theres my things...I smile I am happy...I hug Chels, Bella smiles..i glow..
So i go against the tide of popular opinion and declare 'Things,things and more things... make Abbey happy'

or there is always the quote
'happiness is a wet puppy nose!'
