Lunch

I confess, I has discovered my absolutely perfect, ultimate, all time favorite salad sandwich.

I have used the wholewheat rolls pictured, paninis and Turkish bread - all work well. Filling (in order) is Byron Bay Coconut Chilli Sauce, bread and butter pickles, funky lettuce, tomato, cucumber, cheese, red onion that has been marinated in lime juice (softer juicy flavor and also hot pink), sliced black olives and a smidge of Paul Newman's Ranch Dressing.

yes it does indeed...where prey tell would one purchase BB coconut chilli sauce locally dear Rae....? I'm liking the sound of this one!

I got it at the IGA in Bellingen (which has just bought the Jetty IGA in Coffs)but apparently it is also available in Coles. I can always bring in a bottle if you have a problem :-)

ahhh sounds so yum! but will have to wait cause Im still getting through the asparagus ideas u gave me...and g/f..whats a 'funky lettece' cause i know bella is going to want some!

It is the 'gourmet' mix you get form the supermarket - but I am so not a 'gourmet' kinda girl so I just call it the funky lettuce mix. I think it can also be called a mixed lettuce mix or even a fancy lettuce mix.

funky sounds much cooler...could even get joshie to eat it. lettuce is one thing he won't even try, he hates it for some reason!
