Sleep

Sleeping is not only one of my favorite activities, it is also incredibly healthy.

Sleep allows the body to rest and recharge. Sleep allows the mind to stop dealing with the minutiae of life and relax. Snuggled in bed I feel safe and secure.

And more than all of that, you avoid all of the problems of lack of sleep (or poor quality sleep): irritability, stress on the body and mind, tiredness, fatigue, difficulty concentrating and headaches.

Everyone needs it, but as I have gotten older, time seems more precious and I don't want to sleep it away.

I am good on about 6 hours now, even on the weekends.

Funny, my wellness post is how to get to sleep if your having trouble.
