I have returned to stir fry breakfasts. They are delicious and nutritious and there is an infinite number of variations. Today's was honey soy with garlic, ginger and chili. I added mushrooms, green beans, broccoli, onion and baby corn.
What a way to start the day :-)

Wow! That looks fantastic! Unfortunately, between changing nappies (diapers), making coffee, getting showered, getting dressed and out the door the prospect of preparing a stir fry just .. well, isn't possible - I don't even have time for toast! :(
The first hour of my day is the most manic of all!
Still, looks delicious!
laugh i'm the same rob...but besides asparagus, i have to admit that mushrooms are my thing...yum g/f
