Made for Charlie :-)250 g butter
1/2 C icing sugar
1 1/2 C plain flour
1/2 C cornflour
Cream butter and sugar. Add flours. Roll into teaspoon sized balls. Place on cookie sheet and gently press with the tines of a fork. Bake at 180 for 10 - 15 minutes until gently golden.
Sandwich together with passionfruit icing.

They kinda look like Nabisco 'Nilla Wafer cookies with a cream filling.
Put the passionfruit filling sounds delicious!
