Today I came up with the somewhat obtuse theme of "Get Stuffed or Sticked" for out lunch menu. This translated through to:Creamy Tuna Vol e Vonts
Stuffed Mushrooms
Haloumi Kebabs
Lamb Koftas
Chicken and Chorizo Skewers
Stuffed Baked Potatoes

It was so lovely to be back in the kitchen. I am not sure what a couple of the new lovelies knew what hit them but everything was on the table on time and all recipes were a success so I am not complaining :-)
So now I begin the planning for next week - heading back to a Mexican theme this time.
