Sunday was a day to treat the tastebuds. I made a salad with my first mango of the season, some funky lettuce, red onion and Lebanese cucumber. This was dressed with a little white balsamic vinegar. On the side was one of my butcher's famous pork chops - taste these and you will never buy them from anywhere else.Delicious, fresh and very summer :-)

Okay, I really need to slow down and read things more carefully the first time around... I thought that read: "lesbian lettuce" and of course I'm like, "huh?". Oh well, it's still early here and I'm not quite awake. ;)
