Yes I have been cooking again and I thought I would share....
I was too lazy to make pasta so I grabbed a packet of wonton wrappers. I put just under a teaspoon of a mixture of spinach (wilted and cut finely) and feta (crumbled) onto a wrapper. I rubbed a little water around the edge, grabbed another wrapper, placed it on top of the filling and pressed the two together - gently pressing out air as I sealed the edges.
I cooked the ravioli, 3 - 5 at a time, in a very large pot of boiling water, making sure they have plenty of room to move around. These are cooked for about 3 - 5 minutes or until they look done.
I served it all with a green salad and a mushroom and sour cream sauce.
I am not really sure the photo does it justice, it tasted wonderful - even if I do say so myself :-)

What a cool idea, making ravioli out of wonton wrappers. You are such a talented cook that I was truly scared of cooking for you last week! I did a repeat performance tonight with the spring rolls, I don't know why these recipes say they are quick and easy, took my bloody forever to make 3 trays of them, although it only took 5 minutes flat for the hoardes to eat them!
I'll need to have you round again soon to show me how to use my new bamboo steamer that I got for my birthday, you are a wonderful cook :)
You say the nicest things :-) And you can cook for me absolutely any time :-)
laugh..hey K. mountain girl has inspired me to buy a steamer..lol..
but she is right, the photo didnt do them justice..they were 'melt in the mouth' divine. Charlie and i were lucky to be the recipeints of this particular meal..
I feel the same when R. cooks, bit intimidating but I always learn something but i look at it that i am more your shearers cook, quantity & hot, where R. is more you boutique, quality and artful expression type cook...
